   1. Discussed the current meeting nights and time of meetings
   2. Linda and Victoria will look at other local possibilities for meeting location
   3. Discussed changing the time of the meeting and night of the meeting

   1. Victoria listed several areas where volunteers could help out. Please see Victoria if you are interested in helping out.

March 13,2007

 Board Members Present:
Victoria - President

Meeting called to order 

 

Announcements: 

1. The board is short two officers on the Board. Christine had to resign due to family issues, and Heather had resigned earlier. Secretary and Vice President offices are vacant.
2. Victoria is proposing that we fast track the election and open nominations for these offices. In the absence of a By-Law to determine the direction for vacant board members, the Guild is governed by Roberts Rules of Order.  
3. The seven paid members present decided to hold a Special Election to fill these vacant Board seats. An email will go out to the members to accept nominations for these positions. Nominations will be open for one week only.
4. An independent person will be needed to accept the votes, be a neutral party, and count votes. The announcement will be made at the next meeting.

5. ITW planning meeting Wed March 28^th at 7:30pm at the Micro Dungeon in South Park  - Pamela’s place. 
6. Storage issue:  The second shed is going to be used and we need to vacate the shed. Victoria has made arrangements for a storage container to be delivered Friday. The ITW materials need to be moved into the container this coming weekend. Volunteers are needed. 
7. Lady Jane is learning Micro Soft Front page and has offered to begin work on some sort of web page for ITW.

Triskeli Guild Business Meeting Minutes - April 2007

Tuesday April 10, 2007

 

Board Members Present:

 Announcements:

 Victoria Opened with a brief summary and list of things to get done tonight.

1. Need to appoint a Board
2. Need to decide about ITW, can we move ahead with the way things stand
3. Victoria takes full responsibility for things as they stand now, and offers her resignation if that is what is needed.

Floor Opened for Suggestions and Ideas:

1.  One member wants to feel like they are part of the group
2. One member suggests that we eat our own. Officers and leaders have been verbally beat up for their willingness to lead.
3. Linda supports this statement. Remembers things that went on at ITW, critizism, name calling, and people telling others how they should do their jobs, but not willing to step up and do the work. Board members are liable for the Guild. If we are going to do this, we have to do it together with positive action. 
4. Kat concures with Jim as well. We need to find a way to protect our Board members from verbal abuse and critizism from members and non members.
5. Pamela offers herself as Secretary position.
6. Try a Town Meeting in a contained manner to vent or find out what was going on.
7. President and VP could cover treasurer position in the interrim.
8. Suggestion made that addendace requirement be amended.
9. One person volunteered to help in any way she can.
10. Excited about one or more designated spokes person, flyers, scene co-ordinator for activities.
11. Lady Jane assumes the floor with her suggestions. 
    1. She suggests she has a bucket full of experinece in leading this group.
    2. Treasurer needs knowledge of the books, she thinks Victoria should do it.
    3. Victoria stated that we have been unable to recruit people as they will not serve on Board if there is any posibility of her being on the Board.
12. Aaron asks if being 501(c)3 is worth the effort and should we keep it up? Does the benefit out weight the cost, is it worth the effort. 

Motion for Pamela to fill the Secretary position.
Motion seconded.
Motion carried
Welcome to the Board Pamela.

Motion made by Lady Jane to have Victoria step down
No Second was made
Motion failed.

 Election for Vice President By Ballot of Members in attendance:  SrStephen was elected.

 Victoria moved that Linda stay on thru the closing of the books of ITW.
Motion seconded and carried.

 ITW Update:

1. WTF is ITW web site is coming up, pricing, and info will soon be available.
2. Printable registration form is going to be put on the ITW list in the file section.
3.  Meeting attendance has been an issue
4.  Site visit April 28th Meet at Denny's on the Guide before hand.
5. Pricing was announced

8. Presenters Jennifer, Allena, Jim Duval, Kelly to do Fire.

11. Meeting with Allena from the Wet Spot to train and DM in the dungeon

Triskeli Guild Meeting Minutes - August 2007

August 14, 2007

Meeting called to order:

Announcements:

1. Meeting will be brief.
2. Thank you to Sasha for allowing us to meet in her shop.
3. ITW Update:
   1. Thank you to all Admin who worked so hard and pulled off another amazing event.
   2. Linda unable to make it, so financial info will be rough estimate.
   3. We had a record attendance - 213 signed waivers previous record was 185
   4. 103 we preregistered, which is also an event record.
   5. Currently we are estimating about -$500.00 net proceeds. We are still working on numbers, invoices and receipts are not all received, so this will change.
   6. It is requested that all receipts be turned in by August 31st in order to close the books.
   7. Next Admin meeting will be 2 weeks following the Paradise event.
4. Shut down of the Yahoo groups.
   1. A number of emails were being posted to the groups that threatened the integrity of the Triskeli Guild.
   2. The moderator shut down the lists to all incoming posts, which is the job of a moderator.
   3. The lists are a place for people to learn about the Triskeli Guild and the ITW event. These have never been a forum for discussing Triskeli Guild Business.
   4. The lists will be opened again soon.
5. This is not a business meeting.  The next business meeting is in October. This meeting has traditionally been brief announcements followed by informal gathering to talk about the great time everyone had at the event.
